Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No long form, no interrogation — one email is enough.

• Email support@primeoathh.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Use the subject line "Refund request".
• Include your order date and the amount paid.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.

• Requests made after the 7-day window.
• Orders where the content has been shared, resold or redistributed.

These are one-time digital purchases with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You will never be charged again automatically.
